The consequent advancement of the feature approach leads to computer aided support of the whole process chain.In this contribution is shown,how computer-aided analyses for the purpose of“Design for X”could be performed already during design,based on high grade semantic features.These aspects will be exemplified by the examination of production and costs-criteria.
