摘要
发现110kV变压器总烃超标后,对该变压器进行大负荷试验,应用三比值法判断变压器内部存在高温过热故障,综合分析油色谱数据、大负荷数据和诊断数据对故障部位进行定位。检修人员通过人孔进入变压器,找到无载励磁开关静触头因发热变黑,为防止同类型变压器故障发生提供相应的预防措施。
After discovered total hydrocarbon beyond standard data from a 110 kV transformer, inner high temperature overheating fault of transformer is diagnosed with three ratio methods. Combined analysis with chromatographic analysis data, high load test and diagnostic test, the fault position is gradually fixed. Through man-hole, maintainer go into transformer, finding the non-load tap-changer blackened because high temperature overheating. Preventive measures can be provided to prevent the similar transformer faults.
