摘要
基于生态足迹理论,建立绿色建筑建设阶段、运行阶段的生态足迹减量模型,将建设阶段生态赤字与运行阶段生态足迹减量进行比较分析,量化建设项目对环境的影响并评价项目的可持续性。通过大连某绿色住宅项目的实证分析并验证评价模型的适用性,就生态足迹减量提出对策建议,为我国建设工程领域可持续建设的测度研究提供参考。
Within the ecological economical region, an ecological footprint(EF)reduction model focusing on green building construction and operational phases is proposed. The novel model then is used to compare the ecological deficit of construction phase and the ecological footprint reduction of operational phase and quantify the impact of construction projects on the environment, as well as evaluate the sustainability of project. The current model is assessed and evaluated by a case analysis of one green residential project in Dalian. It is believed that through the present model a valuable reference for measurement research of sustainable construction of the field of construc-tion project in China could be provided.
