摘要 当前微电网已逐步进入工程化推广应用阶段,采用安全、可靠的微电网控制策略对于实现微电网的经济运行,保障电网侧和用户侧的供用电安全具有重要意义。本文结合华东某低压微电网示范工程,提出了基于双进线电源设计的微电网控制策略的设计概要,提出了微电网控制策略模式,控制策略体系架构,并且探讨了微电网在各种状态下的运行策略和切换策略。通过工程运行表明,表明该控制策略成熟可信,完全满足微电网工程化设计的要求。 The micro grid has gradually entered the engineering application stage, adopting micro grid control strategy with safe and reliable is guarantee for the realization economic operation of micro grid, which is great significance to protect safety power supply for power grid side and user side. In this paper, combined with a low-voltage microgrid demonstration project in the East China area, the design scheme of micro grid control strategy is proposed based on double line power supply, micro grid control strategy and system architecture is also proposed, and discussed operation strategy and handover strategy in various states of micro grid. Through the engineering practice indicates that the control strategy is mature and reliable, fully meet the engineering design requirements of micro grid.
