摘要
本文研究的单相电能表自动检定流水线系统实现了单相电能表的上下料、传输、智能分拣、定位、接拆线、外观检测、耐压测试和性能误差检定、粘贴合格证、加装封印、装箱等作业全过程的自动化,并与营销信息管理系统有效连接,能从营销信息管理系统接收检定任务,能将检定结果和封印信息与电表信息绑定后上传至营销信息管理系统。本文对该系统进行了重复性试验、稳定性试验、测量不确定度评定以及多路输出一致性试验,试验结果表明,系统运行稳定,检定效率高,检定结果符合国家相关检定规程要求,整个装置也达到计量标准考核要求,具有很大的推广价值。
This paper introduces an auto-verification pipeline system for single-phase energy meters,which can realize the single-phase energy meters uploaded、downloaded、transmitted、intelligent sorted、positioned、wired、inspected for visual、tested voltage resistance and calibrated for error automatically, and also can realize pasting the certificate、sealing、packing automatically. Through the effective connection with the power marketing information management system, this system can receive the calibration task, and can upload the calibration datas binding the seal information and the meter information. With the repeatability 、 stability 、 uncertainty and identity of multiplexing output experiments are tested, it is proved that this system is stable, has high efficiency, and will have great promotional value, which can provide the calibration datas reaching the requests of the national verification regulations and can achieve the requests of a measurement standard examination.
