Adults and Their Learning in the Perspective of EU's Lifelong Learning Programme——A Review Based on the Grundtvig Programme

科隆威计划是欧盟终身学习计划的一项支柱计划,面向广大成人,为其提供平等的学习机会。在十多年的发展过程中,该计划先后经历了萌芽、形成、发展阶段,主要采取了建立"流动学习和伙伴关系"、"多边合作项目"、"科隆威网络"三大重要举措。

Grundtvig Programme is a pillar of the Lifelong Learning Programme, which pro- vides equal learning opportunities for the majority of adults. In the course of ten years of de- velopment, the program has experienced germination, formation, development stage, mainly taking such three important measures as the establishment of ＂Mobility and Partnerships＂, ＂Multilateral Pr^j ects＂ and ＂Grundtvig Networks＂ . Therefore, the development of adult edu- cation in our country can be combined with its own development and demand, and make more in-depth inquiry about the programme＇ s efforts in target focusing, function orienta- tion, concerns of people, content setting, methods selection, implementation guarantee these six aspects.
