摘要
组织惩罚是我国企业中不可忽视的管理现象,但是并没有得到学术界的充分重视。本文在对组织惩罚不同研究视角分析的基础上,从观察者的角度,对组织惩罚溢出效应研究的理论基础、实证研究的主要内容等进行系统的总结和回顾,进而对溢出效应未来的研究提出若干建议。
Although organizational punishment is a non-ignorable phenomenon in our country, But it does not get full attention of Chinese academics. This paper analyses different research perspectives of the organizational punishment study, then we focus in the observer' s perspective, review issues concerning the spillover effect of organizational ptmishment systematically including theoretical basis, empirical studies and so on. Finally this paper puts forward suggestions for the studies of spillover effect in the future.
