摘要
随着精益生产在企业中的逐渐推广,其中的一些方法也逐渐为人力资源管理所借鉴。其中SMED(Single Minute Exchange of Die)"单分钟换模"技术就可以为发现和培养明星员工提供借鉴。本文在分析SMED技术的基础上,提出了发展明星员工的流程和方法,并以B企业技术部部长为例,制定了具体实施方案,为企业减少高潜人才培养中的浪费、提高人才培养效率做出有益尝试。
