摘要
介绍了3种乙烯装置典型的急冷油减粘工艺流程。分析了急冷油减粘系统中分离和传热过程的关系、急冷油粘度对稀释蒸汽发生器传热效果的影响,影响急冷油粘度的主要因素以及实际生产中降低急冷油粘度的措施等问题。针对采用3种不同减粘流程装置的具体情况,从优化操作和技术改造等方面,提出确保急冷油减粘系统平稳运行的建议。
Three typical process flows for decreasing quench oil viscosity in ethylene plant were introduced. The relations between separation and heat exchange in process flow for decreasing quench oil viscosity,the effect of quench oil viscosity on the heat exchange of dilution steam generator, the main factors influencing quench oil viscosity,and the measures fordecreasing quench oil viscosity in actual production were analyzed. According to the actual situations of the units using these three process flows, a series of suggestions were put forward from the aspects such as operation optimization and technical innovation to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the quench oil viscosity decreasing system.
