烯烃生产线系统优化运行的实践及效能

PRACTICE AND EFFICIENCY OF THE OPERATION OPTIMIZATION OF OLEFIN PRODUCTION SYSTEM

针对制约烯烃生产线装置平稳经济运行的瓶颈问题,中国石油辽阳石化公司烯烃厂从烯烃线大系统的角度考虑,以效益最大化和节能减排为重点,分析问题产生根源。通过采取规范优化管理、技术攻关、新技术应用、节能降耗、新产品开发等一系列措施,有效提高了装置的运行水平,降低了装置的能耗、物耗,创造了可观的经济效益。

To eliminate the bottlenecks in the stable and economic operation of olefin production unit, PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company focused on benefit maximization,energy conservation and emission reduction, analyzed the root of the problems,and took a series of measures including standardized and optimized management,technical research,application of new technologies, energy conservation and consumption reduction,and development of new products,thus effectively improving the operation level of the unit,reducing the energy consumption and material consumption of the unit,and creating considerable economic benefit.
