摘要 金属硬密封球阀普遍存在使用寿命低、内泄漏、操作发生卡涩(或抱死)等情况。对耐磨球阀的结构、密封性能、密封面硬化涂层技术等方面进行了介绍。为提高耐磨球阀的可靠性和使用寿命,在结构设计上应防止物料在弹簧腔处堆积和防止物料粘结关闭件。在确定耐磨球阀密封面硬化工艺的同时,应通过优化改进喷涂工艺参数,解决易导致涂层产生裂纹的主要问题。最后提出了耐磨球阀在设计和生产中应注意的问题。 Metal seal ball valves generally have short service life, inner leakage and jamming in operation. This article introduces the structure,sealing performance and sealing surface hard coating technology for wear resistant ball valve. In order to improve the reliability and service life of wear resistant ball valve,the accumulation of materials in spring cavity and the adhesion of closed parts by materials should be avoided. While selecting the sealing surface hardening process for wear resistant ball valve,the spraying parameters should be optimized to solve the problem of coating cracks. Issues to be noted in the design and operation of wear resistant ball valve are also discussed.
