种种衍生困难提示我们:构建由"助学"到"助人"的全方位贫困生资助体系,是当前高校育人工作中的一项重要"民生"课题。它对有效缓解贫困大学生生存困境、实现教育公平具有积极意义。各级政府、社会、高校以及贫困生自身,应从政策、教育、家庭、自我等多角度出发,深入分析其非经济性贫困的根源,从贫困生自主发展维度出发,激励调动其各种能力充分发展,从生存状态关怀逐步深入到职业发展关怀,满足贫困生提高综合素质的成长诉求,促进贫困生就业能力提升和自身和谐发展。

The poor college students are special group. Poor students derived employment difficulties based on economic hardship, there is an urgent capacity and growth demands. Various derivative dififculties prompted us to:building from‘student’ to‘help others’ all-round system of poor students is an important issues‘livelihood’ of current college educational work. It has a positive meaning for effectively alleviating the survival plight of the poor students, and achieving educational equity. All levels of government, society, universities and poor students themselves should be in-depth analysis of the non-economic causes of poverty from policy, education, family, self and so on. Diversiifed capabilities should be gradual deepening of development from the self-development of poor students, and the care for the poor students should be from the survival state to the career development to meet their growth aspirations to improve the overall quality. Harmonious development of their own and employment increase of the poor students will be realized as a result.
