摘要
大学生就业时第一应考虑因素的差异能折射出其就业价值取向的差异。以统计列联表为基础并借助皮尔逊x2统计量,分别检验性别、生源地和年级对大学生就业价值取向的影响:不同性别的大学生就业价值取向存在高度显著差异,不同生源地的大学生就业价值取向存在显著差异,不同年级的大学生就业价值取向没有显著差异。发展空间价值取向是当代大学生就业价值取向的主流,大学生专业意识较为淡薄、对依托专业追求个人发展的重要性认识不足。
The differences of the primary importance which should be considered in job-hunting could show the differences of the value orientation of employment of college students. Based on the contingency tables and the Pearson’s statistic variable to test the effect of sex, origin residence and grade on the value orientation of employment of college students respectively and so concludes that there is very strong evidence of a relationship between the value orientation of employment and the sex of college student;there is strong evidence of a relationship between the value orientation of employment and the origin residence of college student;there is not strong evidence of a relationship between the value orientation and the grade of college student. The eventual results show that the value orientation of development space is the main aspect among the value orientation of employment of college students nowadays. However, there is the phenomenon that college students’ ideal of specialty is very weak and they are lack of the consciousness of relying on the specialty to seek personal development.
