摘要
在分析就业结构性矛盾原因的基础上,从毕业生加强自身能力建设,提升就业"原动力"、政府加强就业保障建设,优化就业"软环境"、高校加强就业能力培养,提高就业"硬实力"、用人单位实施人才留驻工程,提升就业"归属感"、家庭和亲朋加强情感支持,提供就业"支持力"等五个方面,提出解决就业结构矛盾的有效途径,对于新时期加强高校毕业生就业工作,解决毕业生就业结构性矛盾问题提供一定参考。
Based on the analysis of the causes of the structural contradictions of employment, it analyzes ifve aspects:graduates strengthen its own capacity building to enhance their employability, the government strengthens job security and optimize the weak environment of employment, universities strengthen employability training and improve employment"hard power", the implementation of the project personnel stationed employers to improve employment"sense of belonging", the family and friends strengthen emotional support and providing employment supportive power and proposes effective way to solve the contradiction of employment structure, providing reference evidence for strengthening employment of college graduates, resolving the problem of graduate employment structural contradictions.
