在城市化高度发展和人民经济收入持续增长的背景下,休闲农业已经成为"三生"一体功能的新型产业。休闲农业具有调整和优化农村产业结构,延长农业产业链,带动二、三产业的发展,以及促进城乡协调发展等重大意义,因此休闲农业在县域农业与农村经济发展中起着日益重要的作用。本研究以宁武县休闲农业规划方案为例,探讨在县域农业发展中休闲农业规划的一些具体方法及思路,包括县域休闲农业资源分类、休闲农业开发条件分析、规划方案具体内容等,为县域休闲农业规划提供一些方法或思路。

Along with the rapid development of urbanization and the increasing income of citizens,leisure agriculture has become a multi-functional new industry that is composed of production,ecology and society.Leisure agriculture has great significance in adjusting and optimizing rural industry,extending industrial chain,stimulating secondary and tertiary industry,promoting coordinates development between city and rural.It thus plays an important role in the development of county agriculture and rural economy.This paper uses NingWu county leisure agriculture as one case.The concerned issues included some detail methods and idea of leisure agricultural plan in county agriculture development,including resources classification of leisure agriculture,development condition analysis of leisure agriculture,plan specific contents and so on for providing some methods oridea of county leisure agricultural plan for readers.
