幼儿园集体教学中教师提问现状与改进策略

The Problems and Improvement Strategies of Kindergarten Teachers' Questioning in the Collective Teaching

当前幼儿园集体教学中普遍存在教师的提问数量多但是质量低、教师提问的目的性不强、幼儿回答机械、教师忽视理答、教师给予的待答时间较短等问题。为改变这一现状,需要幼儿园教师做好提问前的准备,明确提问目的;适当减少问题的数量,提高问题的清晰度与指向性;恰当运用提问方式,整合开放式和封闭式提问;提供适当的待答时间,并对幼儿的回答作出适当的反馈。

There are some problems in kindergarten teachers＇ questioning, for example their questions are often too much but with low quality; their purposes are not clear; children＇s answer is machinery, and teachers ignore response; the time for answer is too short and so on. Teachers should prepare more before asking questions, reduce the number of questions and improve their quality, and give more time to children to think.
