摘要
针对板料成形过程中的回弹现象,采用Dynaform软件对回弹过程进行数值模拟分析,提出了一种可以减小金属冲压过程中回弹的工艺方案,并采用正交试验法从摩擦系数、板料厚度、压边力和凹凸模间隙等方面进行回弹的仿真计算,通过四因素三水平的正交试验对各回弹影响因素进行分析,找出了各因素对回弹影响的规律。模拟结果表明,随着压边力的增大,V形件的回弹量相应减小;随着凸凹模间隙增大,回弹角呈递增趋势;在摩擦润滑条件较差的情况下回弹量较小;板料厚度的变化也会对回弹产生影响。
In view of the springback phenomenon in sheet metal forming process, a method that colud reduce springback in the metal stamping process was proposed. The effect of friction factor, sheet thickness, blank holder force, clearance between punch and die and other factors on stamping springbaek was simulated and calculated using the orthogonal test of four factors and three levels. The influence law of factors on spingback was found out. The numerical simulation results indicate that the amount of spingback of V-shaped pieces de- creases with the increase of blank holder force, the springback angle increases with the increase of clearance between punch and die, the springback is smaller when the friction lubrication condition is poorer, and the changes in the sheet thickness can affect the springback too.
