摘要 建立了红酒中非法食品添加剂-苋菜红的近红外光谱定性分析模型和表面增强拉曼光谱技术快速定性检测的分析方法。两者方法操作简单,快速可靠,在快检中可以交叉验证,进一步保证了快检结果的准确可靠性,为现场鉴别红酒是否添加苋菜红色素提供了一个快速可靠的检测方法。 To establish a qualitative analysis model about the illegal food additive-amaranth in red wine by the near infrared spectrum and a rapid qualitative detection analysis method by the technology of surfaceenhanced Raman spectroscopy. This method is simple, rapid and reliably, they can cross validation in rapid detection, and further ensure the results of rapid detection accurately and reliability, it is provides a rapid and reliable detection method for identify the red wine whether added amaranth red pigment in work site.
