摘要
目的:对比研究多层螺旋CT和数字战影血管造影(DSA)对肝动脉解剖变异的显示。方法:选取我院2011-09~2013—09肝脏多层螺旋CT且同期进行DSA检查的78例患者为研究对象,对其临床检查资料进行回顾性分析,对多层螺旋CT和DSA检查中肝动脉起源、分布、走向进行观察,统计和比较变异类型及发生率。结果:本组78例患者,多层螺旋CT检查,正常型59例,19例肝动脉变异。其中,15例为Miehels分型,4例为Michels分型未包括。DSA检查,正常型56例,22例肝动脉变异。其中,17例为Michels分型,5例为Miehels分型未包括。多层螺旋CT和DSA对肝动脉解剖变异的符合率为88.64%。结论:肝动脉解剖变异种类较多,情况复杂,多层螺旋CT和DSA检查肝动脉解剖变异符合率较高,且备具优势。
Objective: To compare the influence of multislice CT and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) on hepatic artery variation. Methods: We selected 78 patients who accepted multisliee spiral CT of liver concurrent and DSA examination in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2013 as our study eases. Their clinical examination data were retrospectively analyzed, and observed multi--slice CT and DSA hepatic artery origin, distribution, trend. Then we had a statistics and comparison for mutation type and incidence. Results. Among 78 cases, after multi--slice spiral CT examination, 59 eases were normal type and 19 cases were hepatic artery variation among which 15 eases were type Miehels , Michels type 4 eases were not included. After DSA examination, 56 eases were normal type, 22 eases were hepatic artery variation among which 17 eases were Miehels type, and 5 eases of Miehels type were not included. The compliance rate of Multisliee spiral CT and DSA for hepatic arterial variation was 88.64%. Conclusion. Hepatic arterial variation types are more eomplieated, multi--slice CT and DSA hepatic artery variation aeeord with the higher rate, and each has advantages.
