摘要
目的:通过测定不同生长期柳兰中鞣质的含量,分析柳兰中鞣质含量的动态积累规律并研究其体外抗氧化活性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法对不同生长期柳兰中鞣质进行含量测定,并采用DPPH自由基体系、超氧阴离子自由基体系,对其进行体外抗氧化活性进行研究。结果:柳兰中鞣质含量呈规律性变化,在花蕾期含量最高,含量为12.50%,果期含量最低,含量为5.32%;柳兰鞣质对DPPH自由基及超氧阴离子自由基均有抑制作用。结论:确定了柳兰鞣质含量的动态积累规律,其变化规律对确定药材的最佳采收期有指导意义;柳兰鞣质具有明显外抗氧化作用。
Objective: To measure tannin in different growth phase of Chamaenerion angustifoliu, and to analyze dynamic accumulation regularity of tannin in Chamaenerion angustifoliu, and study its antioxidant activity in vitro. Methods: We determined the content of tannin in different growth phase of Chamaenerion angusti- foliu by using UV--spectrophotometer. We made one research on its antioxidant activity in vitro by DPPH free radical system and superoxide anion free radical system. Results: The content of tannin in Chamaenerion an- gustifoliu appeared regular changes, and the content of tannin was highest in the bud stage, of which content was 12.50%. The content of tannin was the lowest in the mature phase, of which content was 5.32%. Tannin of Chamaenerion angustifoliu plays inhibiting bacteria effect on DPPH free radical and superoxide anion free radical. Conclusion: The dynamic regularity of the content of tannin in Chamaenerion angustifoliu are determined, which provide guidance to determine the optimal harvest time of medicinal herbs. Tannin of Chamaenerion angustifoliu plays obvious anti--oxygenation roles.
