应用SP教学法构建肛肠外科临床见习教学模式的研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文主要研究利用标准化病人(SP)教学法构建肛肠外科临床教学模式的应用效果,通过对大学四年级的实习生开展SP教学法进行肛肠外科的教学,结果显示,在进行工厂外科临床见习教学是应用标准化病人优点有以下几点:一是通过SP提供多典型的病例,标准化特点明显,确保了临床教学秩序以及标准的统一;二是保护患者隐私,有效避免医疗纠纷;三是SP教学法锻炼学生和医患进行交流的能力。但同时存在诸多问题:一是SP构建的见习教学模式均为较典型的病例,问题的答案则是标准答案,对于培养学生的应变能力较为不足;二是很难模仿部分体征,需要配合实施;三是SP的来源属于低年资的实习生,具有不稳定性。总之,在临床见习教学时,实施标准化病人(SP)教学法利于开展肛肠外科教学,具有广阔应用前景,但需要继续克服一些问题。 Objective:To study the application effect of standardized patient (SP) teaching mode on the con- struction clinical teaching method in department of anus & intestine surgery. Methods:We carried out SP teach- ing method to the fourth grade university interns in department of anus & intestine surgery. Results: The factory clinical probation teaching applicatied by standardized patient has the following advantages:The first is to provide atypical case through SP,standard features are clear to ensure the clinical teaching order and standard u- niform;The second is to protect the privacy of the patient,effectively prevent medical disputes;The third is the ability to communicate. SP teaching method could train students and doctors and patients. However, there are many problems at the same time: the first is that the teaching mode of construction of SP are typical cases,and the answer to the question is standard answer,and it is insufficient to strengthen student's strain capacity;the second is that it is difficult to imitate some signs, which needs to cooperate with the implementation ~ the third is the source of the SP genera in junior intern has no stability. Conclusion:In the clinical teaching, the implementation of standardized patient(SP)teaching method is conductive to teaching in Department of anus & intestine surgery. It has broad application prospect ,but needs to overcome some problems.
