摘要
预制吊装技术应用于繁忙机场交通要道的快速修复是未来发展的必然趋势。本文通过建立有限元模型,分析了不同预制板块尺寸、预制板与原道面间接缝传荷设置和不同基础强度对修补后道面的结构承载能力的影响。通过分析表明,为了保证修补后道面结构承载能力,预制板块尺寸不宜小于原道面板块的1/2;应合理设置接缝传荷,确保接缝传荷能力不低于70%;应控制好预制板下基础的压实度,确保地基反应模量不低于80MN/m3。
The application of precast panel repair technology in busy airport is an inevitable development trendin future. In this paper, finite element model is established to analyze the influence of precast panel platesize, joint load transfer settings, and different foundation strength to pavement's bearing capacity afterrepair. Analysis shows that in roder to ensure the structural capacity precast panel plate size should not beless than 1/2 of the original panel block, the load transfer coefficient not less than 70%, and foundationstrength not less than 80 MN/m3.
