Research on Uniform Distributed Design Method of Micro-surfacing

摘要 针对目前传统微表处(Micro—Surfacing,简称MS罩面)高噪声的现状,对国内多条高速的MS罩面噪声进行检测、对比、分析,并对MS产生噪声的机理、级配影响、施工方法、检测评价进行分析,从而提出更具操作性的安静MS均布设计法。研究发现:传统MS罩面的车内噪声是道路使用者最为关注的噪声,与MS稀浆混合料最大粒径集料尺寸、车速、构造深度等有关;并且通过在4.75~9.5 mm筛孔间增加7.13 mm筛孔来改善该档集料的均布性,从而将传统MS罩面高噪声构造波长由15 mm减小到10 mm以内,提出了可降噪3.5~4.5 dB的安静MS设计法。 In view of the traditional Micro-Surfacing (MS cover) status of high noise, MS noise fordomestic highway is detected, compared, and analyzed, and the mechanism of the noise, gradation,construction method, detection and evaluation of MS are discussed, then more practical quiet MS uniformdistribution design method is put forward. It is found that: the vehicle interior noise of the traditional MSis most concerned by road users, which is relevant to the slurry mixture maximum particle size ofaggregate size, drive speed, structure depth and so on; and the aggregate uniform distribution is improvedby increasing 7.13mm sieve holes in 4.75mm-9.5ram sieve, thus the traditional MS surface structure ofwave length decreases from high noise of the 15ram to the 10mm, and the quiet MS design method isproposed which could reduce 3.5 - 4.5dB noise.
