细丝蛋白A和热休克蛋白90在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨细丝蛋白A(FLNa)和热休克蛋白90(HSP90)在乳腺癌组织小的表达及其与乳腺癌临床生物学行为的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测69例乳腺癌组织和癌旁组织中FLNa和HSP90的表达水平。结果FLNa在乳腺癌组织中表达率为68.12%,在癌旁组织中表达率为10.14%,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),FLNa表达水平与乳腺癌组织学分级、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明砂相关(P〈0.05);HSP90在乳腺癌组织中表达率为44.93%,在癌旁组织中表达率为8.70%,两者蒡异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),HSP90表达水平与乳腺癌肿瘤大小、组织学分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移等明显相关(P〈0.05)。结论同时检测FLNa和HSP90有助于评估乳腺癌的恶性程度、判断其转移潜能。 Objective To explore the expression of filam in A (FLNa) and heat shock protein 90 (HsPgo) and the clinical biological behavior of breast carcinoma. Methods FLNa and HSP90 expression in 69 cases of human breast carcinoma tissues and non-cancerous adjacent breast tissues(5 cm distance away from the margin of breast carcinoma) were examined by using immunohistochemical method. Results The expression rate of FLNa was 68. 12% in breast carcinoma tissues, and 10. 14% in non-cancerous adja- cent breast tissues ( P 〈 0. 01 ), the expressions of FLNa were related breast carcinoma to histology grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the expression rate of HSP90 was 44. 93% in breast carcinoma tissues, and 8.70% in non-cancerous adjacent breast tissues (P 〈 0. 01 ). there was a close relation between the expression of HSP90 and tumor size, histology grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Detecting the expressive levels of FLNa and HSP90 simultaneously might be helpful for evaluating the malignance and predicting the metastatic potential of breast carcinoma.
