我国聚酰胺产业链发展现状及展望

Development status and prospects of China polyamide industrial chain

介绍了聚酰胺(PA)产业链的结构及特点;分析了我国PA产业上下游主要产品的生产现状、供求关系及发展趋势;指出了我国PA产业发展存在的一些问题,如PA产业链结构不合理,己二酸生产能力过剩,而己二胺、己二腈生产能力不足,常规PA纤维产品比重过大,PA树脂产品供不应求,多数企业的产业链较短等;建议我国PA产业的发展应以生产能力平衡、产品结构调整、产业链延伸、技术创新为目标。

The structure and characteristics of polyamide （PA） industrial chain were introduced. The production situation, supply and demand status and development trend of the up-stream and down-stream products were analyzed for China PA industrial chain. It was pointed out that some problem existed in the development of China PA industrial chain, such as the unreasonable structure of PA industrial chain, surplus adipic acid production capacity, insufficient hexamethylene diamine and adiponitrile production capacity, unduly proportions of traditional fiber products, PA resin products short supply, short industrial chain of a majority of enterprises. It was suggested that the development of China PA industry should be focused on the production capacity balance, product structure adjustment, industrial chain extension and technological innovation.
