摘要
介绍了危险及可操作性(HAZOP)分析方法及其分析步骤;使用HAZOP分析方法分析了聚酯装置设计中的终缩聚反应器工艺流程。结果表明:依据HAZOP分析方法,以聚酯装置的终缩聚系统为节点,可以详细分析出工艺参数潜在的偏差、形成的原因及产生的后果,并提出相应的安全保护措施;HAZOP分析可为聚酯装置设计中进行安全检查、提高安全设计水平提供依据。
The hazard and operability(HAZOP) analysis method and procedures were introduced. The technological process of final polycondensation reactor was analyzed for polyester plant design by HAZOP analysis method. The results showed that using the final polycondensation reactor system of a polyester plant as a node, HAZOP analysis method was capable of analyzing the potential deviation of process parameters and its causes and consequences, providing a reference to carry out corresponding security protection measures; and HAZOP analysis method also helped improve the safety inspection and design for polyester plant.
