摘要
根据精对苯二甲酸(PTA)装置中氧化干燥机的特性及工艺流程,分析了其节能降耗措施。结果表明:降低进入氧化干燥机的粗对苯二甲酸(CTA)滤饼的含湿率、选择合适的粉料出口温度和延长氧化干燥机的碱洗周期,可达到节能降耗的目的;CTA滤饼含湿率降低3%,可降低能耗55.47 MJ/t;粉体出口温度降低10℃,可降低能耗26.58 MJ/t;减小CTA滤饼中杂质含量,有利于延长氧化干燥机的碱洗周期,降低产品原材料消耗。
The energy saving measures were analyzed based on the characteristics and work flow of oxidation dryers of purified terephthalic acid (PTA) plant. The results showed that the energy saving and consumption reducing purpose can be realized by reducing the moisture content of crude terephthalic acid (CTA) cake, selecting a proper powder outlet temperature and extending caustic washing cycle of the oxidation dryer; the energy consumption was decreased by 55.47 MJ/t as the moisture content of CTA cake was decreased by 3% ; the energy consumption was decreased by 26.58 MJ/t as the powder outlet temperature was decreased by 10 ℃ ; and the decrease in the impurity content of CTA cake helped extend the caustic washing cycle of the dryer and reduce the raw material consumption.
