新生儿低血糖是临床比较常见的疾病。低血糖可导致严重的神经系统急性及远期功能障碍。现从新生儿低血糖的定义、脑损伤的诊断、高危因素、检测方法、治疗及远期随访等几个方面进行简要综述。

Neonatal hypoglycemia is a common clinical disease. Hypoglycemia can lead to severe acute and long-term dysfunction of nervous system. The several aspects of neonatal hypoglycemia such as the definition, diagnosis of brain injury ,risk factors ,treatment, detection method and long-term follow-up were reviewed.
