摘要
目的: 建立养心安神丸的定性定量方法。 方法: 采用TLC法鉴别丹参、首乌藤和南五味子;采用HPLC法测定南五味子中五味子酯甲的含量,使用C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以四氢呋喃-水(40:60)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长250 nm。 结果: 在TLC色谱中可检出丹参、首乌藤和南五味子的特征斑点;五味子酯甲在0.082-0.82 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),精密度试验RSD为0.56%(n=6),重复性试验RSD为1.4%(n=6),平均加样回收率为99.6%(RSD=1.5%,n=6)。 结论: 实验结果表明本文建立的定性定量方法,可为养心安神丸的质量标准的制定提供参考。
Objective: To establish the quantitative and qualitative methods of Yangxin Anshen pills.Methods: TLC was used to identify Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Polygoni Multiflori Caulis and Schisandrae Sphenantherae Fructus.HPLC was used to determine the content of schisantherin A by C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was tetrahydrofuran-water(40:60)at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was set at 250 nm.Results: The characteristic spots of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Polygoni Multiflori Caulis and Schisandrae Sphenantherae Fructus could be easily examined by TLC.The calibration curve of schisantherin A was linear in the range of 0.082-0.82 μg,r=0.9999.RSD of the precision test was 0.56%(n=6),and RSD of the reproducibility test of this method was 1.4%(n=6).The average recovery of schisantherin A was 99.6%(RSD=1.5%,n=6).Conclusion: The experimental results show that the quantitative and qualitative methods established in this paper can be used to provide reference for the establishment of quality standard of Yangxin Anshen pills.
