摘要
针对国际先进林业科学技术引进科研项目的实际情况,提出其财政支出绩效评价的绩效目标、绩效指标、评价标准及评价方法等财政支出绩效评价体系,探讨提高项目绩效水平的措施。
In view of the actual situation of the introduction of international advanced scientific forestry science and technology research projects, the paper proposed the performance targets and performance indicators, evaluation standard and evaluation method for performance evaluation system of fiscal expenditure, to explore measures to improve the level of project performance.
