“护卫固表”法治疗慢性荨麻疹30例观察

Clinical Observation on Chronic Urticaria Treated with “Hu-Wei-Gu-Biao” Theory

目的:观察以"护卫固表"理论立方的息敏颗粒治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:60例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组口服息敏颗粒;对照组口服氯雷他定分散片,连续用药2个月,服药30 d和60 d时进行疗效判定,比较2组患者瘙痒程度、风团(数目、大小、出现次数、持续时间)的情况。结果:治疗组和对照组30 d时疗效相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);60d时治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:息敏颗粒治疗慢性荨麻疹短期内疗效与氯雷他定分散片相当,随着时间的延长,其治疗组的远期疗效开始显现出来,从而降低复发率。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect in ＂Hu-wei-gu-biao＂ theory in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each. The treatment group were treated with oral administration of interest sensitive panicles ; the control group oral loratadine dispersible tablets, after 2 months, the therapeutic effect was evaluated after 30 days and 60 days, compared two groups of patients with pruritus, urticaria, numbers of wheal size, wheal occurrence, wind duration. Results： In the treatment group and the control group at day 30 of treatment, there was no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05） ; 60 days in the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： The interest sensitive granule in the treatment of chronic urticaria in the short term efficacy and loratadine dispersible tablets, with the extension of time, the long-term effect of the treatment group began to appear, so as to reduce the recur- rence rate.
