痤疮从虚论治浅议

Discussion of Treating Acne from “Deficiency”

痤疮临床常从祛风清热解毒、软坚散结、化痰活血等治疗,但时常疗效不甚满意。经观察后发现痤疮的病因也多见于脏腑气血阴阳失调,故提出扶正祛邪法治疗痤疮。本文从虚证方面论述对于痤疮的治疗,而临床每获良效。因此在治疗中应辨清虚实寒热、表里阴阳,全面把握问题的核心,切勿惯性机械的看问题,勿犯"虚虚实实"之戒。

Clinic treatment is often from the functions of heat-clearing and detoxifying, soft firm fights acne, eliminating phlegm to invigorate the circulation, etc. But the curative effect is often not very satisfied. Then the author found that the cause of acne is also in imbalance of Yin and Yang in viscera through observation. Based that, he put forward to treat it from deficiency. This paper discussed from the deficiency for the treatment of acne and each was miraculous. The author is deeply in the concept of diagnosis and treatment of critical medical treatment. Therefore, treatment should discern the actual situation of cold and heat, Yin and Yang, exte- rior and interior, fully grasp the core of the problem, do not look at the issue of inertia machinery, not commit the mistake of ＂mixing truth with falsehood＂ .
