煤矿瓦斯事故中的人因可靠性分析 被引量:1

摘要 基于人因可靠性对我国煤矿瓦斯事故的分析,认为在我国煤矿生产过程中存在安全监管不到位、规章制度执行能力差、安全意识差、人员素质低下等问题,本文通对我国近几年发生的煤矿事故的统计,利用故障树方法研究人因可靠性对煤矿瓦斯事故的影响,得到加强监管、规范企业内部管理、做好宣传、进行人员培训和校企合作等解决措施。 The analysis of gas accidents in the coal mine based on the ergonomic reliability in China show that there are still many problems in the process of coal production, such as deficiency of safety supervision, poor implementation of regulations, poor safety consciousness, low quality of the operators, ect. In this paper, the method of fault tree is used to study the influence that the ergonomic reliability had on the gas accidents of the coal mine, using the statistics of coal mine accidents happened in recent years. Ultimately get several solutions such as strengthening the supervision, standardizing the internal management of the enterprises, publicizing the regulations, training staff and doing school-enterprise cooperation, ect.
