摘要
针对目前国内瓦斯抽采封孔成本高、封孔不严、操作繁琐、可靠性差等问题,提出了瓦斯抽采钻孔气囊延时膨胀带压注浆封孔技术,探讨了该技术的原理,研制了相应的延时膨胀气囊、封孔注浆材料等,并对瓦斯抽采封孔深度、封孔长度、封孔半径和注浆压力等相关参数进行了理论分析。在神华宁煤集团汝箕沟煤矿进行的现场试验表明,气囊延时膨胀带压注浆封孔操作简便,封孔可靠,可将瓦斯抽采浓度平均提高28%。
In view of current high cost, weak sealing effect, complicated operation, poor reliability and other problems in domestic gas drainage borehole sealing, a new sealing technology of airbag delayed expansion with pressure grouting for gas drainage borehole is put forward. The mechanism is discussed;corresponding delayed expansion airbag and sealing grouting materials are developed. The borehole sealing depth,length, radius and related parameters such as grouting pressure are analyzed in theory angle. Application tests in Rujigou Mine of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group show that the airbag delayed expansion with pressure grouting sealing technology has the advantages of simple operation and high reliability. As a result,gas drainage concentration can be increased by 28% on average.
