摘要
针对试验工作面末采期间断层构造复杂、预掘回撤通道贯通对接困难、顶板管理难度大等不利因素,采用即时撤架通道的回撤方案。经过末采期间顶板运移与矿压显现特征的实测分析,选定了合理的停采位置。采用理论分析与计算机模拟分析,制定了撤架通道支护方案。工业性试验表明,与预掘撤架通道相比,即时撤架通道施工周期缩短14 d左右,节约工数262人次;并且撤架通道一次成形,变形量小,不需要二次维护。
In view of disadvantages such as complex fault structure during the late mining, the holing- through difficulty of pre -excavation removal gateway and great difficulty of roof control, it is determined to adopt instant equipment removal gateway scheme. With measurement analysis of overlying strata movement characteristics during the late mining, the reasonable stop mining location is established. Theoretical analysis and computer simulation are used to develop a plan for withdraw support scheme. Comparing with the preexcavation removal gateway, the instant galeway shortens construction period of about 14 days, saves 262 labors, and its outline is regular with small deformation without secondary maintenanee.
