基于突变理论的矿工违章行为形成机理研究

Study on Formation Mechanism of Miners Violation Behaviors Based on Catastrophe Theory

为探析矿工违章行为形成机理,在分析矿工违章行为影响因素基础上,构建矿工违章行为形成机制图,从遵章和违章视角建立矿工违章行为尖点突变模型。利用模型对违章行为形成过程进行分析,验证该模型诠释矿工违章行为形成规律的合理性,解释在个体情绪和管理失误综合作用下矿工心理行为的渐变-突变过程,指出矿工心理感知剧烈变化决定其违章行为出现时段。提出违章行为防控的关键在于针对行为所处的不同阶段建立特定的预防机制和控制策略。

In order to analyze formation mechanism of miners＂ violation behaviors, the formation mechanism figure of miners violation behaviors was built on the basis of analyzing main factors affecting violation behavior. Under the perspective of compliance and violation behaviors, the cusp catastrophe model of miners violation behaviors was constructed to analyze its formation process. The result reveals that the model is rational to explain the formation laws of miners violation behaviors ; miner psychological behavior is a gradual - mutation process ; the dramatic change of miners psychological perceptions determines the appearing period of their violation behaviors. The key is to establish prevention and control of violation behaviors based on the different stages of behaviors.
