摘要
通过对目前国内护士职业倦怠的现况研究,分析影响护士职业倦怠的原因,探讨在临床工作中如何提高护士工作的积极性和主动性,减少护士职业倦怠程度。提出护理管理部门要通过帮助护士进行职业规划,重视护士身心健康,从而稳定护理队伍。
Based on the researches on current nurses" job burnout situation in China, this article analyzed relevant causes and further discussed how to improve nurses" initiatives in their works and lessen their job burnout. Nurse administrators should assist nurses to develop their career planning and pay great attention to nurse's physical and psychological health to stabilize the nurses team.
