随着知识经济的到来,应用人本思想进行高职教师管理具有重要意义。文章在分析人本思想内涵基础上,结合高职教师管理人本思想应用需求,提出教师管理中贯彻人本思想的途径。

With the advent of knowledge economy, it is very meaningful to manage the teachers of polytechnics with people-oriented ideology. On the basis of the analysis of the connotation of people-oriented ideology, combining the requirements of people-oriented ideology for the management of teachers of polytechnic, this article proposes the methods for carrying out people-oriented ideology in the management of teachers.
