江苏城市轨道交通发展迅猛,人才需求量巨大。通过对江苏城市轨道交通发展现状及人才需求情况的分析,明确了城市轨道交通运营管理专业的岗位及要求,同时针对高职院校城市轨道交通运营管理专业发展提出了具体明确的应对措施,以促进该专业良性发展。
The development of city track traffic is swift in Jiangsu with talents in great demand. Through the analysis of present development situation of city rail transit in Jiangsu and demand situation for talents, posts and requirements for management professionals for the city rail transit operation have been clearly put forward, and at the same time, the specific measures for training management professionals of higher vocational colleges＇ city rail traffic operation have also been clearly put forth in order to promote its good development.
