通过调查统计发现,农村中小学发展中存在许多问题和困难。结合调查分析,提出了相应的对策,希望通过整合国家、社会、学校、家庭的力量,加强基础教育的薄弱环节,推动农村教育的发展。

Survey found that there were many problems and difficulties in developing in rural primary and secondary schools. Combining with the investigation and analysis, it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and it hopes to integrate the power of the state, society, school, family, and strengthens the weak link in basic education, promotes the fast moving of rural education.
