摘要
对经典的大型工业锅炉汽包水位三冲量自动控制方案进行了改进,仅用一台调节器便实现了带有前馈调节的双闭环反馈串级控制.改进方案是以一台伺服放大器来作为副调节器使用,由差压变送器(在给水母管上取流量信号)、开方器、分流器、伺服放大器,及经过电动执行机构和阀体回到给水母管的小闭环系统组成副回路.该副回路可实现对被控系统的失调、快调和粗调,缩短了调节通道,加速了调节过程,大大提高了整个系统的抗干扰能力,使被控对象(锅炉汽包水位)的动态和静态品质得以提高,锅炉虚假水位现象得以控制,还根据改进方案的控制理论设计了计算机控制系统,并利用软件编程方便的特点,实现了系统控制的超驰控制.
Improving design of water level control system with three parameters in industry boiler made it come true to actualize double closed feedback cluster control system, only using one adjuster. A servo amplifier is used as a auxiliary adjuster and this leads the small closed loop system forms a auxiliary loop current. This loop current shorts adjusting passage, accelerates adjusting procedure and improves the anti- interrupt ability of integral system. The dynamic or statistic quality is increased and the falsity water level can be controlled in a small range. These improving hot only cut down the product cost but also save the financial. But the improved control system can bring about integral calculus saturation seriously. According to the improving design, a relevant computer control system is made out. It is a good way to avoid above disadvantage by using computer controller system.
