摘要
首先用硅烷偶联剂APS处理 SiO2,然后用化学聚合方法合成聚吡咯/二氧化硅(PPy/ SiO2)纳米复合材料.文中分析了硅烷偶联剂的结构特征和作用机理,复合材料电性能研 究结果表明 APS的加入使得复合材料的 PPy含量增加,电导率及材料稳定性提高.其中 PPy/1%APS—SiO2复合材料电导率最高,为 38.46 S/cm,达到文献报导最高值.
Silica particles were first modified by silane coupling agent aminopropyltriathoxy, then PPy/SiO2 nanocomposites were prepared by chemical polymerization. In the text, the structural characteriation and action mechnism of coupling agent were discribed. The research results about conductivity ofnanocomposites indicate that the adding of APS made the increasing of PPy content, conductivity and stability of composite materials. The conductivity of PPy/APS-SiO2 is 38.46 S/cm, which is the highest among those have been reported.
