摘要
随着教育研究的不断发展,新手教师和专家教师的比较研究引起越来越多研究者的关注,文章对新手教师和专家教师的概念界定及新手教师和专家教师的差异研究进行综述,从新手教师和专家教师的教学行为和认知能力差异对新手教师与专家教师进行比较综述,教学行为差异主要从预测课堂情况、教学监控管理和教学反思等三个方面进行比较,认知能力差异主要从知识结构、教师决策和解决问题方法等三个方面进行比较。旨在为促进新手教师迅速成长为专家教师提供启示。
With the continuous development of educational research , the comparative studies between ex-pert teachers and novice teachers draw more and more attention from researchers .This paper studies related papers on novice teachers and expert teachers abroad and this paper mainly reviews the definitions and differ -ences of expert teachers and novice teachers .The paper mainly reviews the differences between novice teach-ers and expert teachers from the teaching behaviors and cognitive competence .The differences in teaching be-haviors compare novice teachers with expert teachers from three perspectives , including predicting classroom situations , instructional monitoring and management and instructional reflective thinking .The differences in cognitive competence compare novice teachers with expert teachers from three perspectives , including knowl-edge schema, teachers’ decision -making and ways to solve problems .This paper provides implications for novice teachers to develop to expert teachers .
