浅谈体外预应力在桥梁加固中的应用

Application of External Pre-stressing on Bridge Strengthening

公路桥梁在使用一段时间后,梁体会产生裂缝下挠等病害,混凝土体外预应力在旧桥加固中得到广泛的应用,能有效的提高桥梁承载力。文中结合施工实例,分析了植筋技术、预应力张拉、管道灌浆等工程要点,以期为同类工程施工提供参考。

Highway bridges, after a period of in-service, would experience beam cracks and other diseases due to torsion.The concrete external pre-stress, widely used in the old bridge strengthening, can effectively improve the bearingcapacity of the bridge. This paper, based on some construction practice, analyzes the anchorage, pre-stressed tension,pipes and grouting points, aiming to provide reference to other similar projects.
