摘要
"人本思想"的提出、发展和完善是一个动态的过程,是与各种具体的条件不断结合的过程。随着全球化的观念深入到世界的每一个角落,事物的联系越来越背离简单的线性关系,日趋走向复杂的网络状关系。"五行"之说是我国古代先民在日常生活过程中的实践经验的理论总结,表述了事物之间普遍联系的相互制约、相互促进的辩证关系,为人们提供了一种总体性的思维方法。在新的世纪里,现代观念正方兴未艾,传统观念也焕发活力,"人本思想"一旦和我国传统的"五行"之说相结合,就立即促使《企业政治学》视域中的"政治人"建构成为可能,从而为企业的管理提供一线新的生机,为现代企业的生存谋求一种更加广阔的空间。
The initiation, development and improvement of Human-oriented Ideology is a dynamic and continuousprocess. With the further globalization, the links among different objects are becoming increasingly deviated from asimple linear relationship to the ever-growing complexity. The Five Element Doctrine is China's ancient ancestorstheory risen from their daily lives in the process of practical experience, summarizing the dialectical relationship ofinteraction and promotion among objects, overarching human’s way of thinking. In the new century, the combinationof Human-oriented ideology with Five Elements Doctrine will promote the constructing of political man in thedomain of Corporate politics, and provide a possible lease in management of the enterprise and a broader space forthe survival of modern enterprises.
