大学生创业的单独扶持向传承积累转变——基于股权制度限时传承设计

The Transformation from Individual Support for College Students' Entrepreneurship to Inheritance Accumulation——Ownership System Based on Time-limited Inheritance Design

大学生创业实践的欠缺是大学生创业教育的瓶颈,对大学生创业单独扶持的低效率是当前大学创业实践教育资源利用不足的原因,对创业企业股权制度作限时传承设计不但使企业在大学校园中稳定下来,而且有利于把企业股权传递到更多的学生手中,让更多的学生参与到创业实践中来。限时传承型企业作为大学创业的实践训练平台具有多种形式,并具有广泛的适应性。

Lacking of the practice of college students＇ enterprises is the bottleneck of entrepreneurial education of higher educa-tion. The low efficiency of individual support for college students＇ enterprises results in the insufficient exploitation of the educational resources for the practice of college students＇ entrepreneurship. The design of time-limited inheritance of the ownership system can not only stabilize the enterprises in the campus, but also facilitates the distributions of the ownership to more students to get involved in the entrepreneurial practice. As a training platform for the entrepreneurial practice for college students, enterprises with time-limited inheritance design take multiple forms and have wide adaptability.
