摘要
随着社会对创新型人才需求的增加,培养大学生创新能力受到社会各界的关注,探索一种融多学科于一身的综合性创新实践训练平台具有重要现实意义。本文采用实验研究法,以参加机器人开发实践平台训练学生为实验组,以不参与训练的学生为对照组,半年后对两组学生进行自编创新能力量表测试,发现计划与目标管理能力、综合协调与人员管理能力等两因子对实验组学生的创新能力提高较为显著。由此可见,大学生参加工程实践对其创新能力的提升有一定作用。
With the increasing need of innovative talents in our society, the cultivation of innovative skills of college students has been concerned by different sectors of society, and the searching for a comprehensive and practical platform, which combines mul-tiple majors into one, has an important and realistic meaning. This paper takes experimental approach, comparing an experimental group in which students who have been trained with the robot-based development training platform with a control group in which stu-dents haven’t received any such trainings. And the two groups were tested with a creativity chart after half a year, indicating the ex-perimental group shows relatively obvious improvement of innovative skills in plan and target management abilities and comprehen-sive coordination and staff management ability, According to the above research, it is beneficial for college students’ innovative skills improvement to take part in engineering practice.
