摘要
酒店是以人为中心的特殊行业,对以提供服务为主的酒店来说,人力资源是其最重要、最核心的资源。酒店人力资源管理的基本职能是计划、调配、控制、组织、指挥、协调等工作。酒店人力资源管理十分强调系统化和科学化,目前突显的问题是薪酬制度设计不尽合理,员工整体素质不高,人才流失严重等。本研究就此提出了应对的方略。
Hotel is a human-oriented business, and human resources are of vital importance to a service-centered hotel. The ba-sic roles of hotel human resources management cover planning, allotting, controlling, organizing, commanding as well as coordinat-ing. Hotel human resources emphasize on systematic and scientific management, and unreasonable payment system, staff's low quality and brain draining are the prominent problems at the present, thus, the author proposes countermeasures accordingly.
