颈丛阻滞复合全麻用于甲状腺手术患者的效果 被引量:2

摘要 甲状腺是机体重要的内分泌腺之一,主要分泌甲状腺激素,影响全身组织的氧化代谢和生长发育。甲状腺手术的麻醉方法很多,每种麻醉都各有利弊。以往在设备条件和人员有限的情况下选择颈丛阻滞下行甲状腺手术,患者常常因体位或阻滞不全致术中不适,或因膈神经、喉返神经阻滞致呼吸困难。而全麻消除了病人牵拉及体位不适,维持呼吸道通畅,增加了麻醉安全性。本次研究采用全麻复合颈丛阻滞,应激反应小,生命体征平稳,患者术毕苏醒快,能及早拔管,术后镇痛作用完善,获得了满意效果。现报道如下。
