连续静脉-静脉血液滤过治疗54例重症急性胰腺炎患者的护理观察 被引量:1

摘要 重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)的治疗一直存在着争议,不管是利用手术还是非手术方法治疗,其死亡率都偏高[1]。近年来通过研究发现,高通透性滤过膜能提高抗炎性细胞因子的比例对下调机体的炎症反应,会起到治疗全身炎症反应综合征以阻止最终发生多脏器功能障碍综合征的作用,再加上术后及时护理,可降低SAP的死亡率[2,3]。本次研究观察连续静脉-静脉血液滤过(continuous veno-venous hemofiltration,CVVH)技术治疗并进行及时护理的SAP患者54例,效果良好死亡率明显下降。现报道如下。
